CLASS A TRUCK DRIVER SEMI LOCAL
2- 3 Layovers per Week

Drivers on this semi-local job will operate in UT, CO, CA, ID, WY, OR, MT and AZ
Driver will make deliveries of metal roofing and siding on flatbed curtainside trailers from the Central States facility in Tooele, UT
to customer sites in UT, CO, CA, ID, WY, OR, MT, and AZ
 

• • Trailers will be live loaded by the shipper
  • Driver is required to strap all loads and operate the curtainside trailer
• At the receiver, freight will be live unloaded by the customer
  • Driver will be required to unstrap all loads at the receiver
  • Driver will occasionally be required to unload using a customer provided Moffett forklift
• Driver is required to pick up and deliver backhauls as needed

Special Requirements:

• Driver must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates
• Driver must be comfortable running mountain routes on a regular basis
• Driver will be trained on operating a curtainside trailer and must be able to adequately operate the trailer before being signed off for training
• Driver is required to assist other DCS/JBI accounts as needed
  • Driver must be willing to assist accounts outside the UT area if needed
• ​​​​​​​Flatbed experience is preferred
